MONTEREY GUESTHOUSE ACCOMMODATION

All rooms in the guesthouse are equipped to a high standard and are centrally heated, have colour T.V., radio/alarm, hair dryer, hot drinks making facilities, magazines, information on St.Ives and the majority have stunning sea views. Single, twin, double and a family room are available and most rooms have their own en-suite or private facilities. For the comfort and safety of all our guests we are a non smoking guesthouse and regret that we cannot accommodate pets.

Breakfast is served in the spacious dining room which has a sea view. The time of breakfast is by agreement with individual guests and is normally between 0800hours and 0930hours.

Guests really appreciate the breakfast which includes self service fruit juice, cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt followed by a traditional English cooked course, together with toast with homemade marmalade or jam and with tea or real coffee. All produce is locally sourced as far as possible. Continental or special dietary requirements can usually be catered for, please let us know the night before.
