Terms & Conditions

1. Booking

Bookings are secured by a non returnable deposit equvilent to the cost of the first nights stay.
Or by valid Credit/Debit card details taken as guarantee.

2. Payment

Payment may be made during your stay by:
a) Cash.
b) Cheque or postal order made payable to Linda Snoswell.
c) Credit or Debit cards.

3. Cancellation

Cancellation should be advised by telephone or in writing.
We advise that cancellation insurance should be taken out, as in the event of the room remaining vacant for the cancelled period, charges of two thirds (2/3) will become due, or for one night bookings the full amount.

4. Pets and Smoking

Unfortunately we do not allow pets or smoking for the health and comfort of guests.

5. Loss of Property

Monterey Guest House or there emplyees do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to guest property in rooms or to cars parked.

6. The Guest Agrees

a) To keep and leave the accommodation in a tidy state.
b) To pay for any breakages and damage.
c) Not to cause a nuisance to other guests.
d) To allow the owner reasonable access to their room for cleaning and maintanance.

7. Alterations

These terms and conditions are subject to amendment at any time at the descretion of the owners of Monterey Guest House
